I recently visited a book warehouse in central Virginia.  Among other books, I was able to buy several copies of Jim Douglass's fantastic book JFK & The Unspeakable, Why He Died & Why It Matters for a mere $4.50 plus state tax.  Boy, I was in heaven.  BTW, they don't do mail order, shucks.
