Motorcycle Officer (Sergeant) Stavis Ellis: "That's when the first shot was fired. I was looking directly at the President, and I saw the concrete burst into a cloud of dust when that bullet hit the curb. . . . Then, while looking back at the President, I heard the second shot. The President became rigid and grabbed his neck."

On August 5, 1978, the committee received information from former Dallas policeman Stavis Ellis that Ellis had also seen a missile hit the ground in the area of the motorcade at the time of the assassination. Ellis said he rode on a motorcycle alongside the first car in the motorcade, approximately 100 to 125 feet in front of the car carrying President Kennedy. Ellis said that just as he started down the hill of Elm Street, he looked back toward President Kennedy's car and saw debris come up from the ground at a nearby curb.


Very Simple:

WHY was Oswald aiming his rifle 125 FEET IN FRONT of "His Target" of JFK??

WHY was Oswald aiming his rifle at a totally different angle to hit the curb 125 feet in front of JFK's Limo?

WHY did Oswald WATCH JFK's Limo go down Houston St., Turn, go right UNDER him on Elm St.. But ignore "his target" and aim his rifle 125 feet infront of JFK?? THEN re-aim a second or 2 later and hit JFK & JC? Then a perfect shot through tree branches?

I am not promoting my site, its only a one page simple site with photos, but it pretty much puts a nail in the coffin of a 1 Shooter Oswald Alone! Who cares where the other shooter was at this point, clearly there was a 2nd shooter! The missed shot proves it! The angles dont make sense, Oswald being the only shooter makes no sense when you add in Motorcycle Officer (Sergeant) Stavis Ellis statements!

It's over! That is why this is always ignored on TV, Documentaries & Message Boards and they try to make the Head Shot AS Magical as the 2nd shot! If you add in their theories of The 2nd Shot being a Magic Bullet & now McAdams is trying to say the 3rd shot is yet ANOTHER amazing magical shot (even thought he ignores Motorcycle Officer Stavis Ellis statements) Its completely a joke!

Thanks for listening and I HOPE you do a full episode on The Missed Shot! Just bring up all the "Lone Nuts" theories on it, mixed with simple photo facts, rifle angles and statements and the party is over on this case! This evidence of the first shot us basucally the "More then One Shooter's" Lapel Shot evidence of the 1990's! Its simple and blows their theory out of the water of Oswald shooting alone. There is NO reason for Oswald to be aiming right and across the street on the first shot when JFK's Limo was right under him.

But those are the facts! The photos, angles & testimony dont lie!

Yeah I saw some pics of yet another missed shot in Groden's book Killing a President. They have a cop picking up a bullet as he said it was.

Clearly with the angles of the "official" missed shot  in the
Oswald Window" and plus these other findings. There was atleast 1 other bullet as well as the nagles not working in the first Oswald shot!

You know I have notice on Radio, Podcasts & TV it seems like we have the same evidence we all have seen for 30+ years? Its the same people being put on the air, telling the same theories, and the same people against those theories?

I'd say the "Lapel" evidence helping the single bullet theory is the last simple evidence of this case, something that fits in a nutshell and its basically a talking point!

The Missed Shot, is the samething for the More then One Shooter crowd! This evidence uses their statements and theories of a shot at Frame 160, their statements and the Warren Commission's OWN photo with their JFK double  with a rifle scope around him! ALL before the tree! Before the magic bullet! If you look online look at the McAdams of the world's point of view on the missed shot! He is lieing and ignoring official statements from  Motorcycle Officer (Sergeant) Stavis Ellis because he clearly says he saw it was shot #1 hit the curb and then saw shot #2 hit JFK.

This topic is ignored by ALL Oswald Alone people because they can't explain it away! its the ONLY thing they can't touch!! They start making excuses and more WILD Theories then any insane JFK researcher they make fun of! Just look at their theories on this first missed shot, it's really a joke! If you want a fast conversation with one of them have them talk about it, they will be stumped! Nope no tree, no head shot, no traffic light, NOTHING was in the way for Oswalds Shot!

Wow....I am just new here and this is the first time I've seen someone make the connection between Tague and the first shot. I had always semi-believed the ricochet theory (even that is kind of ridiculous if you think about it) but you certainly seem to have blown that one out of the water.
